A key component of the firm for over 25 years, Mrs. Bernstein is instrumental in new business development, strategic planning, community relations and marketing. A recipient of many awards including a Congressional Award in recognition of meritorious service in the private sector and the 2005 President’s Award from the Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Mrs. Bernstein is also active in many civic organizations in and around Palm Beach County.
Mrs. Bernstein earned her Bachelor’s Degree from American University in Russian Area Studies and International Studies in 1975 and a Masters of Business Administration in Business, Economics and Strategic Planning in 1981 from George Washington University. Mrs. Bernstein is also a licensed Broker/Associate with Barclay’s International Realty, and she holds a Series 6 license.
Wayne G. Monek - Director of Employee Benefits
Mr. Monek has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry with expertise in employee benefits. Mr. Monek has been with Richard S. Bernstein and Associates since July 1988. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Monek was the Manager of the Life Department at Crown Life North American Brokerage from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, he was the Manager of Employee Benefits at Crown Life for South Florida, the Bahamas and Cayman Islands from 1970 to 1985. Mr. Monek attended Rider University and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.
Louis M. Bamberg, JD, CLU, ChFC - Head of Life Insurance Department
Mr. Bamberg has 30 years of financial services experience, primarily at Merrill Lynch where he was First Vice President and Wealth Management and Insurance Specialist for 24 years. He specializes in estate, wealth, charitable and business insurance planning. He has had extensive experience providing sophisticated strategies for high net worth families, executives, business owners and their professional advisors. Mr. Bamberg received his Bachelor of Science cum laude from Georgia State University, Juris Doctor summa cum laude from John Marshall Law School, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant from the American College. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association and holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Arthur L. Bernstein
Arthur L. Bernstein is responsible for group business development, individual life insurance and employee benefits analysis at Richard S. Bernstein and Associates, Inc. Mr. Bernstein has a background in marketing including assisting corporations expand their current revenues while creatively exploring additional methods to reduce insurance costs. In addition to utilizing his communication skills to teach clients and potential clients the value of insurance, Mr. Bernstein has a unique ability of placing business leaders together for profitable relationships. Mr. Bernstein is a 2000 graduate of the University of Miami having earned his Bachelor of Arts in Motion Picture and Theatre Production with a minor in Marketing.
